GOAT Network MCP: 91+ tools for a Bitcoin L2

JSON-RPC reads, transaction builders and a native L1 to L2 bridge, for AI agents.

GOAT Network is a Bitcoin layer 2 built on BitVM. This MCP server gives an AI agent access to it. The README counts 91+ tools: 43 native tools for JSON-RPC reads, transaction builders, the L1 to L2 bridge and ERC-8004 identity, plus tools wrapped from the GOAT agent kit.

Like the Hedera server, it is build-only. It never holds keys. It returns unsigned transactions for you to sign outside the server.

The README also covers networks, with mainnet and testnet RPCs, and notes a postinstall patch for an upstream ESM build issue.

The code is in the goat-network-mcp repo. It is also listed on the work page.
